Kyrylo S. Malakhov
Kyrylo S. Malakhov is a Research Fellow at the V. M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His work focuses on artificial intelligence, ontology engineering, semantic web technologies, computational linguistics, digital health, and hybrid telerehabilitation.
Research Focus
Malakhov develops knowledge-oriented and ontology-driven information systems for scientific research and healthcare domains. His current research connects AI agents, large language models, RDF/OWL knowledge structures, natural-language dialogue systems, research-related design systems, and digital health workflows.
Primary areas of interest include:
- artificial intelligence and large language models;
- semantic web, RDF/XML, OWL, and ontology engineering;
- computational linguistics, NLP, NLU, and NLI;
- research and development workstation environments (RDWE) and current research information systems (CRIS);
- digital health, hybrid e-rehabilitation, telerehabilitation, and human digital twins;
- knowledge graphs, digital twins, and e-learning systems.
Current Work
Recent work includes the OntoChatGPT / RDWE research direction, ontology-driven structured prompts for LLM meta-learning, knowledge graph construction and querying, CPU-only LLM deployment for the MedLocalGPT project, and cloud-based telerehabilitation platforms for oncology and physical medicine research.
Selected Outputs
